Award-winning French picture book author-illustrators Clotilde Perrin (Inside the Villains) and Eric Veillé (Encyclopedia of Grannies and My Pictures after the Storm) are touring New Zealand in May for the Embassy of France’s Les Petits Kiwis (Reading Kiwis) Festival in association with Gecko Press, Alliance Francaise and Institut Francais.

See below for dates and locations for their public appearances, which include fun with Grannies, Villains, live drawings, workshops and readings for small readers; as well as conversation about the creative process and life as a European children’s author for big readers.

Eric and Clotilde will be joined by other Gecko Press authors (Giselle Clarkson, Kieran Rynhardt, Jonathan King, Paul Beavis and more!) for their final stop in the tour.
