How much does shipping cost?
- For New Zealand orders, shipping costs $12 per order. If your order is more than $100, shipping is free.
- For Australian orders, shipping costs $35 for one book and $5 for every additional book in your order. For example, the shipping cost for sending 5 books to Australia would be $55.
- For orders to the rest of the world, shipping costs $60 for one book and $12 for every additional book in your order.
If you are outside of New Zealand we advise that you purchase your books locally to avoid high shipping costs. We are happy to help you to find a local seller if you get in contact.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to process and ship within one business day of receiving your order. Please note that we are not able to deliver to PO Boxes.
We courier our orders, and you will receive a tracking email from the courier with the estimated delivery date once the order has been dispatched.
What payments do you accept?
We accept orders online with Visa and Mastercard. All transactions placed online are secure, using Payment Express security technology to encrypt and protect your information. Once we have processed an order we safely discard credit card information.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from our website, you may return it up to 30 days after receipt.
